Teen Yoga classes provide a serious and mindful hour of breathing, heating, stretching and relaxing, a perfect and necessary complement to a teen's busy life. This class is specifically designed to enhance skills of focus and concentration, increase capacity for power and strength and gently guide teens to their center point of peace and self-knowledge. The group learns how to build a strong core through abdominal exercises, learns balancing techniques, and stretches out the back, hips and hamstrings through a variety of different poses. Instructor Karen Wenc has over 20 years of teaching experience in the Iyengar tradition, and has a strong following amongst teens and adults alike.

Please email us at for more information and to sign up today. First class meets on Wednesday, September 25th from 3:30-4:30 pm. Teens ages 11 and up, may join at any time, and no prior yoga experience is required. $13 drop in or $120 for the 12 week session (9/25-12/11/13).
